The seed phrase is written on paper (or stamped on metal), not stored only on a phone/computer
You haven't screenshotted or photographed it
You haven't saved it to your photo album, messaging apps, cloud drive, email or a notes app
You haven't sent the seed phrase to anyone, including so-called "support" or "official staff"
The written copy is kept somewhere safe, fire- and moisture-proof
You've made more than one backup, stored in separate places
You've verified in a safe setting that the backup correctly restores the wallet
You know: anyone who asks you for your seed phrase is a scammer
The wallet app was downloaded from an official source, and there were no cameras around when you created it
